Dear Parents:
I believe that it is important that we work together to help your child do his/her best. Ultimately each student is responsible for his or her own success, but we can help lead him/her in this direction. Please feel free to contact me at any point during the semester with any questions or concerns you may have. On this website you will find the homework listed daily so you can make sure your child is doing his or her work. It is also recommended that you check Power Teacher regularly if you have concerns about your child's progress. If you do not have Power Teacher access you can contact the main office and they will assist you. I look forward to meeting you at Parent/Teacher Conferences.
After School Academy:
Stephen Decatur High School offers a variety of after school programs designed to support and enrich students' educational experience. One resource that can help your student succeed is the "Homework Tutorial". If your child is struggling in French (or any class), they can stay after school to get homework help or tutoring.
